本システムは 200℃・2.0MPa の条件下で稼働し、廃棄物を短時間で分解・炭化させることにより、体積を70%以上削減 しつつ、石炭や木炭に匹敵する高カロリーの固形燃料 を生成します。

The Hydrothermal Carbonization System developed by First Nations Co., Ltd. is a batch-type subcritical water treatment reactor designed to convert various waste materials into fuel-grade powder. Operating at 200°C and 2.0 MPa, the system rapidly decomposes and carbonizes waste, reducing volume by more than 70% while producing a high-calorific solid fuel comparable to coal or charcoal.
This technology provides an efficient, compact, and practical solution for municipal and industrial waste processing.
